A few practical things to know about using Fold.

1. About the service

Fold is an offline packing planner for Android provided by VX2209 (AUTO TRYB NEUMANN SP Z O O, Poland). It helps you organise personal trip lists, item quantities, estimated bag weights, and packing progress.

2. Your lists and responsibility

You decide what to enter, pack, and take with you. Packing kits are editable starting points, not complete safety or travel checklists. Check the weather, route conditions, transport restrictions, entry requirements, and any other requirements relevant to your trip with the appropriate provider or authority.

Bag totals use the item weights and quantities you enter. Items without a weight are excluded from the total. Fold does not measure your luggage, check airline rules, or guarantee that a bag meets any carrier's allowance.

3. Availability and local data

The app is provided as available. We aim to make it useful and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that it will meet every travel need. Data is stored locally and is not backed up or synced by Fold. Deleting the app, clearing its storage, or erasing data in the app removes your lists.

Keep a separate record of information you cannot afford to lose. Product features may change in later versions. Changes affecting data handling will be described in the privacy policy.

4. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use Fold for lawful personal planning. You retain rights to the information you enter. The app's original branding, artwork, and code remain with their respective rights holders. Third-party software is subject to its own licences; those licences and any rights provided by law are not restricted by these terms.

5. Privacy and external services

The privacy policy explains the app's local storage, website hosting, and support correspondence. External services such as Google Play, Firebase Hosting, and your email provider operate under their own applicable terms and policies.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. These terms do not promise that the app replaces professional travel, legal, health, or safety advice.
